Therapy is the process of true acceptance and genuine change
Invidual psychotherapy treatment is offered to persons who sufffer from depression, anxiety and other mental health issues, or who feel they cannot manage their stress. The therapeutic approach draws tools from mindfulness based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and solution focused therapy. The person is encouraged to try out the tools between sessions to facilitate change. Each session is 45 minutes. The number of sessions varies depending on the problem but is usually between 5 and 12, sometimes more.
Ivan offers public mindfulness classes as well as workshops for businesses and organizations. Please check our the News section for the next public class.
Individual Session: $140 per session. Sessions are paid by cheque or cash only.
Groups: For public courses, the price will appear on the publicity.
